The Belmont Eurus™ Implantology Motor System is a newly integrated, optional upgrade available across the full range of Eurus treatment centres. Designed to simplify implant procedures and enhance clinical confidence, this advanced system places powerful implant control directly at your fingertips through Belmont’s intuitive touch-screen interface—eliminating excess cabling and consolidating everything into a single, efficient module.
Seamless integration with Eurus
When ordering a new Eurus treatment centre, clinicians can now specify the built-in implantology motor system for a truly unified setup. The result is a cleaner operatory, smoother workflows, and immediate access to implant functions without additional standalone equipment.

At the heart of the system is the Bien-Air MX-i LED 3rd Generation implant micromotor, paired with the CA 20:1 Micro Series contra-angle handpiece. Together, they deliver outstanding rotary performance for every stage of implant placement—providing exceptional speed stability, smooth torque delivery, and precise control to support accurate, predictable outcomes.
Recognized for durability and performance, the CA 20:1 handpiece features an internal irrigation system, removing the need for an external irrigation line. This design improves handling, reduces clutter, and allows clinicians to work with confidence and ease throughout the procedure.
Intelligent touch-screen control
The Eurus touch-screen now includes a dedicated implant icon, positioned for instant access. With a single touch, the implant motor window opens, allowing operators to select from five programmable memory settings (M1–M5).
An additional foot stalk switch, mounted on the unit foot control, enables hands-free scrolling through memory programs. Each tap advances to the next setting, looping seamlessly from M5 back to M1—keeping focus on the surgical field at all times.
Customizable step-by-step workflows
The system supports both three-step and five-step implant protocols, with fully programmable speed, torque, and irrigation parameters for each stage:
- Step 1: Pilot drilling
- Step 2: Implant bed preparation
- Step 3: Bone tap or implant placement (three-step protocol)
- Step 4: Bone tap reverse (five-step protocol)
- Step 5: Final implant placement
All settings can be pre-configured via the Eurus touch-screen before treatment begins, allowing clinicians to move smoothly from one step to the next with consistency and precision.
Complete, organized implant kit
The integrated implantology system includes a peristaltic irrigation pump and saline stand, designed to mount neatly on the unit head. The motor hose connects discreetly beneath the head, while the motor rests securely on the dedicated motor stand on the unit tray—keeping hoses clear of obstacles and ready for immediate use.
When not required, the motor, motor hose, and irrigation stand are fully removable, allowing for safe storage and a clutter-free operatory.
